- Establish risk-based testing strategies prioritizing revenue impact, data integrity, compliance, and system criticality
- Develop and maintain automated test coverage: unit-level (Apex), Salesforce flows/LWC, end-to-end UI regression, REST/SOAP API validation, and integration checks across critical workflows
- Implement observability infrastructure: dashboards, error detection, alerts, and runbooks to proactively monitor system performance
- Facilitate user acceptance testing with business stakeholders for high-impact releases, ensuring structured, traceable sign-off
- Enable and coach developers and admins to build testable solutions, continuously improving QA processes based on incidents and lessons learned
- Define QA standards, templates, and release readiness processes to ensure consistent adoption across teams
- Perform targeted manual/exploratory testing for high-risk changes while building automation to reduce manual effort over time
- 5+ years in quality assurance, including at least 3 years in Salesforce QA
- Proven experience building or scaling a QA program from scratch in a greenfield environment
- Deep understanding of Salesforce testing practices, including Apex unit tests, deployment standards, flow testing, and scalable regression strategies
- Hands-on experience with UI/E2E automation frameworks
- Familiarity with integration workflows and iPaaS tools (Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi), including monitoring and error-handling patterns
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence adoption of QA standards without formal authority
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building QA processes in zero-to-one environments
- Experience integrating Salesforce QA into CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DX, GitHub Actions)
- Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, bulk data testing, performance testing, and security/access control testing in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments
- Open to leveraging AI tools responsibly to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and impact
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Industry-competitive salary and equity
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with most employee-only premiums fully covered
- 16 weeks paid parental leave for all new parents
- Health and wellness stipend
- Remote work setup with internet and cellphone stipend
- Matching 401(k) contributions with immediate vesting
- Flexible PTO and 80 hours of sick time, plus 11 company-paid holidays
- Virtual team building, lunch and learns, and other company-wide events
- Opportunities to work on high-impact systems, gain visibility, and shape QA practices from the ground up
