- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, text, and email to guide families through the application process
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria such as diagnosis, location, and insurance coverage
- Educate prospective clients about services and support available, ensuring clarity and confidence in next steps
- Maintain accurate, timely records in CRM and track leads from first contact to resolution
- Meet or exceed weekly outreach, qualification, and conversion targets while managing a high volume of leads
- Collaborate with Intake, Welcome Center, and Marketing teams to streamline processes and improve client outcomes
- Participate in ongoing training to refine sales techniques and optimize workflow efficiency
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, outreach, or call center roles within a performance-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate and persuade effectively
- Strong organizational abilities and follow-through on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfort using multiple systems, including CRM, texting platforms, and VOIP tools
- Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or education is a plus
