Job Description

As a Barista at Ballers, you’ll create an elevated café experience for our members and guests. This is primarily a coffee-focused role with some light bartending duties (beer, wine, and simple cocktails), plus crossover support in our retail pro shop.

Your day-to-day will include:
• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies
• Serving beer, wine, canned cocktails, and simple mixed drinks
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar and coffee station
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with restocking
• Following all food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Assisting guests with gear, sports accessories, and Ballers-branded merchandise
• Operating the POS system for café and retail transactions
• Keeping displays organized, clean, and fully stocked
• Delivering excellent, upbeat service that reflects the Ballers brand

Skills & Qualifications
• 1+ year barista experience required; basic bartending experience a plus
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to serve alcohol in Pennsylvania
• Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• RAMP and ServeSafe certifications (or ability to obtain)
