Assistant Bulk Plant Manager at REBEL OIL COMPANY INCORPORATED – Hesperia, California

The Assistant Plant Manager supports the Plant Manager in overseeing daily bulk plant operations, transportation logistics, safety compliance, inventory management, and team leadership.

Duties/Responsibilities Included but not limited to:

• Assist in managing daily plant operations including fuel distribution, warehouse activity, and logistics coordination
• Monitor truck utilization, routing efficiency, and delivery scheduling
• Ensure plant equipment and facility infrastructure are properly maintained
• Assist with inventory management and reconciliation
• Assist with employee training and development
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and reinforce safety culture
• Provide coaching and leadership to ensure operational standards are maintained

• Support supervision of drivers, plant operators, and administrative staff

• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA, and company policies
• Assist with SPCC, AST, and environmental documentation
• Conduct facility inspections and safety audits
• Maintain proper safety documentation and reporting

Physical Environment:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Frequently exposed to outside weather conditions
• Noise level may be moderate to high under certain testing circumstances
• May be exposed to some refined oil products containing chemicals that may be related to certain types of illnesses or reproductive toxicity. Some products emit vapors, are flammable, and may be explosive under certain circumstances.
• Exposure to smells and fumes associated with refined petroleum products.
• Will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), composite-toed boots
• Must be able to work in an outdoor environment and able to withstand extreme weather conditions

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
