Remote Insurance Sales Representative

Hybrid Remote / Some In-Office Days

Compensation: Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses

Earning Potential: $35,000-$80,000+ annually

We are seeking a licensed Hybrid Remote Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is a combination of work-from-home with some required in-office days each week.

This role requires exceptional relationship building, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion. The best candidate understands the State Farm Agency model and has market area operations acumen.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus!
• Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain prior to start date)
• Life & Health license (must be able to obtain prior to start date)
