Controller – Alpharetta, GA (100M Company)

Who: A growing $100M organization is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations, develop a strong team and bring structure to a scaling environment

What: Hands-on Controller

Where: Alpharetta, GA (flexibility depending on candidate)

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: Up to $160,000
Bonus: Up to 30%

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and analysis
Ensure timely, accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP
Supervise, train, mentor, and develop the accounting team
Drive process improvements and scalable accounting workflows
Own and optimize Sage Intacct ERP
Establish and maintain strong internal controls
Partner with leadership to support business decision-making
What We’re Looking For:

Proven Controller or strong Accounting Manager ready to step up
Experience in a $50M–$200M company environment
Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct
Strong leadership and team development mindset
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
