Service Logistics Coordinator (PA) at Kelly Generator & Equipment of PA & – Coal Center, Pennsylvania

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Service Logistics Coordinator to join our Service team. As a Service Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching our service technicians.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Schedule assigned technicians with planned maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Consult with Field Service Managers on all troubleshoot calls.
• Document accurate information in software system.
• Schedule according to best geographical location and technician certification.
• Support technicians for parts and tools for assigned work.
• Ensure scheduling goals are met.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Participate with “ON-CALL” for weekly Dispatch coverage.
• Maintains professional appearance.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
• Proficient in using computer systems and software

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in logistics, transportation, or a related field is a plus
• Proven experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
• Knowledge of transportation systems, dispatch software, and GPS tracking systems is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
