You will coordinate teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and external partners to translate high-level strategy into actionable plans. The position requires managing multiple interrelated projects, tracking dependencies, and ensuring alignment on priorities, risks, and milestones. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and partner with executive sponsors to drive results. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can balance strategic thinking with operational execution. This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility while maintaining high-impact leadership responsibilities.
As a Program Manager, you will:
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs, coordinating multiple projects, workstreams, and stakeholders.
- Define and maintain integrated program plans, including milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs.
- Ensure programs deliver on business outcomes, timelines, and quality standards.
- Establish program governance, cadence meetings, and decision forums to drive alignment.
- Provide concise program status reporting to leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Identify, surface, and manage risks, trade-offs, and changes while maintaining accountability.
- Coordinate issue resolution across internal teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring smooth execution from planning to go-live.
- Foster collaboration across matrixed teams, acting as a team lead for project managers or contributors.
Candidates should bring:
- 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs or complex projects end-to-end.
- Proven ability to operate in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong command of Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Expertise in managing scope, risk, dependencies, and change across programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- PMP or PgMP certification.
- Preferred: MBA or post-graduate coursework, SaaS or technology-enabled services experience, and familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Wrike, Azure DevOps, MS Project, SharePoint, or Salesforce.
- Competitive base salary: $98,750 - $119,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
