Position Summary:
The Team Member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment that reflects brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
  • Prepare beverages and food items to company standards
  • Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness of front and back-of-house areas
