You will lead technical initiatives, mentor fellow engineers, and contribute to evolving web architecture and tooling to ensure sustainable growth. This is a remote role with the flexibility to make significant contributions across a distributed team.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js.
• Take end-to-end ownership of web features, from technical design and prototyping to implementation, testing, rollout, and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver user-centric, scalable, and performant web experiences.
• Optimize web applications for performance, accessibility, usability, and security across devices and browsers.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate workflows, improve code quality, and maintain robust systems.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and conduct peer design/code reviews to maintain high standards.
• Identify and drive improvements to web architecture, development processes, and tooling for long-term scalability.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with production-scale web applications.
• Deep expertise in modern web development frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or comparable).
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, component design, state management, routing, and modularization.
• Experience with web tooling ecosystems (Webpack/Vite, npm/yarn, linting, formatting, testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress).
• Proficiency integrating web applications with backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL) and working with backend teams.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to support development, including code generation, refactoring, testing, and documentation.
• Strong focus on performance, accessibility, security, and maintainability of web applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with distributed teams.
• Preferred: experience with backend development, AWS services (ECS, Lambda, RDS), containerization (Docker), relational or NoSQL databases, and observability tools like Datadog.
