Field Service Technician - 61 at Rep-Lite – Atlanta, Georgia

Rep-Lite is partnering with a fast-growing medical device company to hire a Field Service Technician supporting healthcare facilities throughout the Atlanta and Charlotte markets, with broader regional travel.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring critical equipment runs seamlessly. If you enjoy being on the move, solving technical challenges, and working directly with customers - this is a career-defining opportunity in a rapidly expanding space.

You’ll play a key role in keeping systems up and running while delivering an exceptional customer experience:

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on advanced medical equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues both on-site and remotely across hospitals and surgical centers
• Provide in-person training and ongoing support to clinical and sterile processing teams
• Maintain detailed, compliant service documentation and reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and implement efficiency-driven solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and internal teams

Background & Experience

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in field service, medical device maintenance, biomedical equipment, or sterile processing
• Strong hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment

Skill Set

• Natural problem-solver with strong technical and analytical skills
• Confident communicator who can work directly with hospital staff and leadership
• Highly organized with strong attention to documentation and compliance
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships

Physical & Travel Requirements

• Ability to lift and move equipment and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to travel 75–90%
