Line Cook at New Hope Mills Manufacturing Inc – Auburn, New York

Join the team at New Hope Mills! We are looking for a dedicated & talented Part time Line Cook to add to our team. The ideal candidate will have flexible availability Monday- Saturday.

The responsibilities of the job include:
• Prepare, & cook dishes as ordered
• Assemble customer orders & provide garnishment
• Assist with prep work, including but not limited to cutting, marinating, mixing and precooking foods
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food on the line
• Assist in the set-up, organization and preparation and clean-up of both kitchen and specific cook station. Assist with closing kitchen and station at the end of shifts
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, including floors, with soap, warm water and sanitizer both during the shift and after the location's close in order to maintain sanitary conditions
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment at all times, including weekly detail cleaning of all equipment
• Assist in stocking and maintaining inventory, including occasional ordering and receiving deliveries
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by performing all assigned duties in a professional, timely and accurate manner
