This role is a strategic sales leadership position focused on driving growth and delivering exceptional client experiences within the eDiscovery and litigation support space. The Account Director will manage a portfolio of clients while identifying new business opportunities, leveraging expertise in electronic data discovery, document review, and consulting services. This position offers a high level of client interaction, strategic influence, and the opportunity to shape the success of complex projects across diverse industries. The ideal candidate combines strong sales acumen with industry knowledge to become a trusted advisor to clients and a key contributor to the organization’s revenue objectives. - Lead sales efforts for assigned territory, applying knowledge of eDiscovery, managed review, document hosting/coding, and consulting services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to upsell and expand service offerings
- Partner with sales management to align strategy, account ownership, and revenue targets
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through hunting and market analysis
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and manage ongoing account activities, including coordination with internal teams
- Prepare sales reports and support rollout of new services and offerings
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales within the litigation support or eDiscovery market, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
- Established network and influence within the eDiscovery industry
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts and instilling client confidence
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts effectively and drive revenue growth
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
