This role offers the opportunity to shape how products connect with shoppers across digital and retail channels. You will develop and execute channel-specific marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and profitability. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from launching campaigns to optimizing digital experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage shopper and brand insights, and lead agency partnerships to maximize ROI. With remote flexibility and domestic travel, this role provides the chance to influence both online and in-store consumer experiences while contributing to measurable business outcomes.

• Develop channel and customer-specific marketing strategies in partnership with brand, sales, digital, innovation, research, and supply chain teams
• Lead marketing activations aligned with national campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined success metrics
• Translate shopper and brand insights into actionable marketing strategies that enhance the digital and retail experience
• Support joint business planning, participate in customer sales calls, and influence category leadership
• Craft trade narratives to address competitive threats and accelerate growth
• Measure performance of activations, conduct post-campaign analysis, and recommend improvements
• Manage agency relationships to ensure excellent execution of marketing initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in sales and marketing within the CPG industry
• Proven ability to create and execute customer-specific marketing activation plans independently
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience in retailer catalog management, including new item launches, online activations, and digital shelf optimization
• Deep understanding of eCommerce, digital marketplaces, and channel marketing principles
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills; advanced proficiency in PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing PIM/PXM platforms (Salsify, Syndigo, etc.)
• eCommerce channel marketing or account management experience
• Strategic retail media planning experience
• Proven ability to manage agency partnerships
