Title: Temporary PR & Partnerships Assistant (3-Week Project)

Location: Milwaukee (in-person preferred)

Overview:

Lowlands Hospitality Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive PR & Partnerships Assistant to support outreach for an upcoming nationally positioned cultural event, Lowlands Belgian Bier Fest.

This is a short-term, high-impact role focused on execution—helping us connect with media, influencers, and partners to drive awareness and attendance.

What You'll Do:

• Build and organize a targeted outreach list (media, influencers, podcasts, TV, etc.)
• Identify and gather contact information (editors, writers, creators)
• Draft and send personalized outreach emails and messages
• Manage follow-ups and track responses
• Help develop and execute a 3-week outreach game plan
• Maintain a clean, up-to-date tracking system (CRM-style)
• Research and document paid opportunities and associated costs
• Help prioritize where to focus for maximum impact
