This role leads the strategy and execution of enterprise financial data, analytics, and reporting, serving as the central authority for a single source of financial truth. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to design scalable systems, define KPIs, and automate reporting to drive data-driven decision-making. The position blends strategic vision with hands-on implementation, overseeing BI tools, ERP integration, and advanced analytics initiatives. You will mentor a high-performing team, ensure data integrity, and elevate financial literacy across the organization. This role is highly collaborative, influencing business leaders and enabling insights that shape operational and strategic priorities. Remote and hybrid work is supported, with limited travel required to engage stakeholders and support analytics initiatives.

Accountabilities:

Develop and execute the enterprise finance data strategy, ensuring unified, scalable, and accurate reporting across the organization
Lead KPI definition, financial data modeling, and governance to maintain a reliable single source of truth
Drive automation and innovation in reporting, analytics, and system integrations across Finance platforms, including ERP and planning tools
Oversee BI tool deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement (Power BI, Tableau)
Partner with IT and business leaders to align ERP design, integrations, and reporting with finance and operational requirements
Build dashboards, models, and actionable insights to support executive decision-making and organizational performance
Mentor and grow a high-performing finance analytics team, fostering a culture of data literacy, transparency, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Systems, Data & Analytics, or related roles
Deep expertise in ERP systems, Power BI, data visualization, and financial data modeling
Proven experience partnering with FP&A, Controllers, IT, and executives to deliver large-scale analytics or reporting solutions
Demonstrated ability to design, automate, and scale dashboards, semantic layers, and reporting systems
Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
Solid understanding of financial processes, data structures, and operational drivers
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business discipline required; Master’s Degree preferred
Experience translating business needs into actionable analytics and financial insights
