About This Position
Are you the kind of technician who prides themselves on "fixing it right the first time"? We are looking for an experienced, HVAC-certified Maintenance Professional to join our team in Memphis.
This isn't just about turning wrenches; it’s about providing a home for our residents and keeping our community running like a well-oiled machine. If you’re a problem-solver who enjoys variety in your workday and values a steady, supportive environment, we want to talk to you.
The Day-to-Day
You’ll handle a diverse range of tasks that keep our property in top shape:
System Mastery: Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, and electrical issues.
Property Care: Leading the "make-ready" process to ensure new residents move into a perfect home.
Precision Work: Handling lock installations, re-keying, and routine preventive maintenance.
Safety & Logistics: Maintaining daily digital logs and ensuring every job meets OSHA and company safety standards.
The Essentials (Requirements)
Certified Pro: You hold an HVAC Certification (Universal is a major plus).
Proven Track Record: At least 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with common tools, appliances, and local building codes.
Mobility: A high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle capable of hauling tools/parts.
Professional Integrity: Ability to pass credit, background, and drug screenings.
Why Join Us?
We know maintenance pros are in high demand, so we offer a package that respects your time and your future:
Stable Income: Competitive salary plus a fuel allowance and an annual bonus.
Rest & Recovery: Generous PTO and paid holidays.
Total Wellness: Full medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus short/long-term disability.
Future Security: 401(k) with a Profit-Sharing Plan and company-paid life insurance.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with a rotating on-call weekend schedule (overtime available).
