Heavy Equipment Operator Support High-Precision Underground Utility Projects via Expert Loader Operations

Job Overview

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $24$26+ per hour (Based on experience) plus Performance Bonus.

  • Location: Haltom City, TX (Travel Required).

  • Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.

  • Schedule: Monday Friday (Overtime and weekend availability as needed).

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Drivers License.

The Opportunity You will play a vital role in our field operations by managing material logistics and site preparation using heavy loader equipment. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Operate front-end loaders and related heavy machinery to move materials and support utility installation crews.

  • Execute site restoration and backfilling tasks to ensure project areas meet strict safety and quality standards.

  • Coordinate the loading and unloading of equipment and materials to maintain high levels of job site efficiency.

  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and company-specific safety protocols.

  • Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance to maximize machine uptime and performance.

  • Assist field teams with manual tasks as needed to ensure the seamless completion of underground utility projects.

  • Communicate effectively with site supervisors to resolve logistical challenges and maintain project timelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 13 years of experience operating heavy equipment, specifically front-end loaders or similar machinery.

  • Proven ability to operate equipment in tight or high-traffic construction environments.

  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various outdoor weather conditions.

  • Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record.

  • Flexibility to travel to various job sites and work overtime as project demands require.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • CDL Class A or B license with Tanker Endorsement.

  • Prior experience in underground utility construction or municipal infrastructure projects.

  • Confined Space Entry or Competent Person certification.

  • Familiarity with hydro-excavation or vacuum truck operations.
