About This Position
Emerging Tech is seeking a Change Management (CM) Clinical Project Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO). This role supports Change Management and End-User Engagement and Adoption (EUEA) activities by providing project management oversight for clinical workflow initiatives, including sandbox environments, learning labs, and end-to-end workflow validation efforts.
The CM Clinical Project Manager collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, including VA leadership, Oracle Health, and EUEA teams, to support development, execution, and alignment of change management strategies across clinical workflows and system adoption activities.
Key Responsibilities:• Provide project management support for Change Management clinical initiatives, including sandbox, learning labs, and end-to-end clinical workflow activities
• Oversee and support development and review of sandbox scenarios and workflows (simple, complex, and comprehensive)
• Develop and maintain CM artifacts, reports, executive-level briefings, communications, meeting agendas, and meeting notes
• Support identification, tracking, and mitigation of risks and issues using EHRM-IO EUEA processes
• Maintain workstream standard operating procedures, schedules, shared mailboxes, and related documentation
• Coordinate logistics for workstream events, including learning labs and onsite activities
• Track and manage user provisioning status for sandbox and related environments
• Support onboarding and training of Sandbox Analysts and other team members
• Collaborate with CM teams, EUEA teams, Oracle Health, VHA, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency in CM approach and execution
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time, meet quality standards, and align with program objectives
• 10+ years of professional work experience
• Experience managing Information Technology–related projects
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and project management methodologies
• Experience tracking cost, schedule, and performance metrics
• Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related scientific/technical discipline
o An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirements
• Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
• Experience implementing or supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
