Director, Digital Enablement & Solutions

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Digital Enablement & Solutions in United States.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead digital adoption and enablement across advanced clinical and AI-enabled platforms in a highly regulated environment. As Director, Digital Enablement & Solutions, you will drive the implementation and adoption of technology solutions across multiple clinical studies, ensuring that digital tools deliver measurable value for users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product, engineering, clinical, regulatory, and training—to support platform readiness, optimize workflows, and champion AI-enabled solutions. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, providing leadership in digital adoption, process improvement, and operational excellence. You will also mentor team members, contribute to regulatory compliance, and serve as a key point of contact for digital enablement challenges. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about leveraging technology to improve outcomes in healthcare and life sciences.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the execution of digital enablement strategies for clinical and AI-enabled platforms, supporting adoption, optimization, and operational impact across studies
  • Implement structured enablement frameworks for onboarding, training, and adoption, ensuring consistent delivery across internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as the operational point of contact for digital adoption challenges, resolving issues, escalating as necessary, and coordinating with leadership teams
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, regulatory, and training teams to ensure enablement-ready releases and surface usability or compliance feedback
  • Support AI-enabled solutions by coordinating implementation, tracking progress against milestones, and aligning activities with value and quality objectives
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and learning-focused culture
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve product usability, explainability, and compliance, and support regulatory, validation, and quality activities in GxP environments

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital health, life sciences technology, SaaS, or clinical research, with a combination of education and relevant experience
  • Proven experience in digital enablement, technology adoption, or supporting digital transformation initiatives
  • Hands-on familiarity with clinical trial platforms, eCOA systems, digital endpoints, and AI-enabled or agentic systems in regulated environments
  • Experience engaging enterprise or global clients in customer-facing roles, translating technical and operational concepts clearly
  • Strong knowledge of adoption frameworks, change management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, GxP validation, and agile software release methodologies
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred
  • Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and customer engagements

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses
  • Equity or stock options, aligning personal achievements with company success
  • Fully remote and flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance
  • Comprehensive health, wellness, and insurance coverage (mental, physical, and financial)
  • Professional development and mentorship opportunities to grow within the organization
  • Peer recognition programs and volunteer time off to support community involvement
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and innovation-driven work culture
