Simulations Operator at Tec-Masters Inc – Lawton, Oklahoma

Provide Simulation Exercise Support to the Mission Simulations Center at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, in support of the Call for Fire Trainer 3 (CFFT3). Personnel will deliver operator inputs for leaders and Soldiers during joint fires and targeting exercises conducted at the operational level of conflict.

• Operate and maintain Call for Fire Trainer 3 (CFFT3) systems to ensure full mission capability and training readiness.

• Support execution of simulation-based joint fires and targeting exercises by providing realistic, scenario-driven operator inputs.

• Manage and operate the following training systems and modules:

  • Four (4) Adaptive Full Spectrum Modules (AFSM)

  • Two (2) Urban Terrain Modules (UTM)

  • Two (2) Close Air Support Modules (CASM)

  • Two (2) Virtual Battlespace 3 (VBS3) classrooms

  • Three (3) Tactical Operations Center (TOC) modules

• Operate and maintain immersive CFFT3 training environments in accordance with (IAW) Field Artillery and Air Defense Artillery School Programs of Instruction (POI) and established training schedules.

• Ensure all systems are configured, integrated, and functioning to support collective and individual training objectives.

• Provide technical expertise and real-time simulation support to enhance realism and training effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements (Experience, Education, Skills, Knowledge, and Licensure):

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of seven (7) years of U.S. military experience in Fire Support operations and planning.

• At least one (1) year of experience supporting training exercises utilizing the Call for Fire Trainer 3 (CFFT3) system.

• One (1) or more years of experience operating and/or maintaining Immersive CFFT3 systems, to include configurations ranging from 1 to 30 stations.

• Demonstrated experience with CFFT3 modules, including Adaptive Full Spectrum Modules (AFSM), Urban Terrain Modules (UTM), and Close Air Support Modules (CASM).

• Current and active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
