Business Development Representative - REMOTE
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative - REMOTE. In this role, you will establish a strong foundation as a sales professional within a fast-growing legal tech company. You will engage in outbound prospecting, conduct discovery conversations, and hone the skills necessary to successfully close deals. This position offers you the chance to advance your career in SaaS sales while receiving mentorship and training from experienced professionals. You'll play a crucial part in expanding the business and driving revenues.
Accountabilities- Proactively engage with new prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn (~6080 dials per day)
- Research target accounts to understand their structure, workflows, and pain points
- Navigate gatekeepers and engage decision-makers with value-driven messaging
- Conduct efficient discovery calls to qualify prospects
- Target 2530 high-quality SQL meetings per month
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to facilitate deal progression
- Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot
- Build and refine prospect lists using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Continuously refine messaging based on feedback from management
- 1.52+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR or outbound sales role in B2B SaaS or tech
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through cold outreach
- Strong phone presence with comfort in leading discovery conversations
- Experience in qualifying prospects and understanding buyer needs
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Base Salary: $55,000 $70,000 + Performance-Based Commission
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 $95,000+
