Position:

As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for packaging and labeling finished product in specified containers by proper weight. Additionally, you will be monitoring screens and magnets for fragments.

Responsibilities:

• Packaging and labeling production into specified containers by weight.
• Monitoring screens and magnets for fragments.
• Learn and operate an automatic BIB (Bag in Box) machine when appropriate.
• Label finished product.
• Follow all GMP’s.
• Wash totes utilizing tote washing system as needed.
• Monitor screens for HMI cooling system.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Ideal Qualifications:

· PPE: steel-toed rubber boots and lift belt required.

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, flex for 8 hours.

· Ability to lift 45lbs. consistently.

· Frequent grip, reach, lift or pull with both hands.

· Ability to read, write, and understand English.

· Detail oriented and follow instruction without fail.

· Experience operating a scale.

· Ability to use a calculator and understand measurements.
