Junior Estimator (Entry-Level) – In-Person | Monday–Friday
Office Location: 511 Elbow Lane, Burlington, NJ 08016

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our Project Estimation team.

This is an entry-level role. No prior estimating experience is required — however, this is a highly detailed, computer-driven position that requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with data, specifications, and technical documentation.

This role supports the preparation of accurate project estimates for cabinetry, countertops, and appliance packages within multi-unit housing projects.

If you enjoy working in Excel, analyzing numbers, reviewing documentation, and making sure every detail is correct — this role may be a great fit.

• Assist in preparing detailed estimates for:
  • Casework cabinetry
  • Countertops
  • Appliance packages
• Review construction drawings, scopes of work, and specifications
• Enter and maintain pricing data in Microsoft Excel and internal systems
• Support bid preparation and revisions
• Track changes and update estimates accordingly
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, and Project Management teams
• Maintain organized project documentation

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and technical information
• Ability to learn software systems quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines

Preferred but not required:

• Exposure to construction, cabinetry, or building materials

• Experience reviewing blueprints or technical drawings

• Experience in estimating, project coordination, or data analysis

Multihousing Depot (MHD) is a growing cabinetry manufacturer serving the multi-housing industry. We manufacture and supply kitchen and bath cabinetry, countertops, and appliance packages for apartment renovations, senior living communities, and new construction projects nationwide.

We are expanding our Estimating Department and are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team.
