This role is responsible for managing and growing strategic global client relationships, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of complex projects across multiple regions. You will act as the primary liaison for key accounts, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet contractual obligations, exceed client expectations, and identify new business opportunities. The position requires developing and executing account strategies, tracking performance, and providing actionable insights to optimize client outcomes. Success in this role comes from balancing relationship management, sales growth, and operational execution in a fast-paced, international environment. The role includes frequent collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and requires the ability to travel internationally to foster strong client partnerships.

Accountabilities:

Manage global client programs to ensure delivery of projects and services in line with contractual agreements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive global account plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including operational, technical, and business managers, to deliver client solutions.
Monitor performance metrics, report outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion of services.

Requirements:
