Warehouse Laborer at Storage Solutions Inc – Westfield, Indiana

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well as maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.

Work Environment: This position involves working in a fast-paced warehouse setting, which may include exposure to varying temperatures and physical activity such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

The typical work week is M-F 7:30-4:30 with occasional need for weekend work upon request.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
