HVAC Parts Runner at Bacon Nation Inc – Rockwall, Texas

Job Summary:

The HVAC Parts Runner / Field Support team member is responsible for delivering parts, materials, and tools to HVAC technicians in the field to help ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on schedule. This role will also assist HVAC technicians on job sites as needed by helping with general labor tasks, job preparation, and maintaining organized materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver HVAC parts, tools, and materials to job sites in a timely manner
• Transport equipment and supplies between the warehouse, suppliers, and field technicians
• Assist HVAC technicians on job sites with general labor and installation support when needed
• Help load and unload equipment, materials, and tools for service and installation jobs
• Maintain organization of parts, inventory, and materials in the warehouse and service vehicles
• Verify parts and materials against job tickets to ensure accuracy
• Keep delivery vehicle clean, organized, and properly maintained
• Communicate with dispatch and technicians regarding delivery status and job needs
• Assist with warehouse tasks including stocking, organizing, and inventory management
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Basic knowledge of tools, construction, or HVAC materials preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support technicians as needed

Schedule:

• Typically Monday – Friday, with start and end times based on job schedules and business needs. Occasional overtime may be required during busy periods.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of materials and equipment
• Standing, bending, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles
