Automotive Shuttle Driver at Short Pump Motorcars LLC – Richmond, Virginia

Great Lakes Honda of Short Pump is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our Service Department team. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by safely transporting customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are being serviced.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from designated locations
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
• Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle
• Assist with light porter duties when not driving (vehicle movement, basic lot organization, etc.)
• Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety procedures
• Maintain accurate trip logs as required

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods
• Flexible schedule, including possible Saturdays
• Regular and predictable attendance is required for this position
