We are excited to be hiring a Brach Administrator. The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills and responsibilities:
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES – what you’ll own and lead:
- Full operational leadership and performance of the Branch
- Day-to-day leadership, coaching, and accountability of branch staff
- Driving growth through relationship-building with Clients, families, referral partners, and the community
- Oversight of Caregiver scheduling to ensure full Client coverage and consistent service delivery
- Monitoring performance metrics, identifying opportunities, and implementing improvements
- Leading Client onboarding, service planning, and overall care experience
- Ensuring accuracy in authorizations, billing, and shift reconciliation to support financial goals
- Maintaining compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and documentation requirements
- Partnering cross-functionally with Business Development, Nursing, and Human Resources
- Overseeing office operations including hiring support, onboarding, training, and documentation
- Serving as a primary point of contact for Clients, Caregivers, and partners, ensuring timely and professional communication
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years healthcare or senior care management level experience
- Experience in home care, healthcare, or a related service-based industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred

- Demonstrate strong commitment to compliance
- Knowledge of best practices for handling PHI in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Administrative specialty in related field – whether accounting, customer service, scheduling, billing, IT, project management, leadership, sales, marketing, business development, medical scheduling, staffing, care coordinator or coordination, recruiting, talent acquisition, compliance, office manager or management, business manager or management, human resources, or operations a bonus
- Experience in assisted living, facility, nursing home, or in home care a bonus
