About This Position
The Role
We are looking for a versatile and creative Graphic Designer to champion Termgrid’s visual identity. In this role, you will be the guardian of our brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while pushing the boundaries of our creative output. You will sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and sales, translating complex concepts into compelling visual stories—from high-stakes sales decks and social campaigns to UI/UX designs for our digital platforms.
Brand Management: Elevate and maintain Termgrid’s visual identity; develop a deep understanding of our visual language and ensure its consistent application across all formats.
Layout & Graphic Development: Create high-quality layouts and graphics for our website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
Corporate & Sales Collateral: Produce professional brochures, sell sheets, and PowerPoint templates. You will also develop new formats for reports, webinars, and user guides as our campaign strategy expands.
UX / UI Design: Support our digital assets—including our WordPress site and core product—by creating Figma designs for new features and collaborating with Product and Engineering to deliver production-ready assets.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team and other internal departments to brainstorm visual content, present design concepts, and manage timelines from initial brief to final delivery.
External Briefing: Provide visual direction for external partners (e.g., video editors) to ensure third-party projects align perfectly with Termgrid’s brand standards
Experience: 3+ years of professional design experience, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates a passion for design and mastery of modern design tools.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level comfort with the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Project Management: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize high-pressure workloads, and remain flexible to meet tight deadlines.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
Mindset: Highly creative and innovative with a meticulous eye for detail.
