This role offers the opportunity to act as a technical leader and trusted advisor on complex software initiatives across diverse projects. You will architect scalable, maintainable, and high-impact solutions, integrating AI/ML capabilities and modern engineering practices. The position involves collaborating with clients and internal teams, guiding technical direction, and ensuring software quality while addressing ambiguous and high-stakes challenges. • Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of complex software systems across multiple languages, frameworks, and technical stacks.

• Provide guidance on technical direction, scalability, security, performance, and maintainability while remaining engaged in hands-on development.

• Integrate AI/ML features and assistive development tools into products, including data pipelines, predictive models, NLP, or computer vision systems.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align technical decisions with product and business outcomes, navigating ambiguity effectively.

• Mentor and coach engineering teams, sharing knowledge, improving practices, and fostering professional growth.

• Drive innovation by evaluating new tools, trends, and frameworks to improve engineering quality, efficiency, and delivery.

• Facilitate strategy sessions, technical deep-dives, and retrospectives to enhance project and team outcomes.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions.

• Strong expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks (Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Ruby, Scala, R, SQL, Go).

• Experience designing and delivering AI/ML-powered products, including full ML lifecycle integration.

• Deep understanding of system architecture, modular design, observability, fault tolerance, and secure engineering practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-stakes projects.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated mentorship experience and ability to influence technical strategy at both team and client levels.
