The Opportunity
160 Driving Academy is looking for a high-impact Senior Marketing Manager to help lead the next phase of growth for our business. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role is for a marketer who knows how to turn strategy into execution, build campaigns that perform, create content that converts, and drive complex projects across a fast-moving organization.
This is not a maintenance role. We want someone who can bring structure, urgency, creativity, and accountability to the marketing function — someone who is equally comfortable developing the plan, writing the brief, launching the campaign, managing production, reviewing performance, and improving the system behind it.
You will play a central role in strengthening our brand, accelerating lead generation, improving marketing execution, and expanding the digital impact of the business across both consumer and business audiences.
What You’ll Own
Content That Drives Action
You will lead the development of marketing content that is clear, persuasive, and built for performance. This includes website copy, landing pages, email, social content, video concepts and production, YouTube content, campaign messaging, and sales support materials. You know how to create content that supports the funnel, strengthens the brand, and moves audiences to action.
Video Content and Social Growth
You will help lead video content production from concept through execution, ensuring content is aligned to brand goals, campaign priorities, and audience needs. You will also own or help shape social strategy and channel management, including content planning, publishing consistency, audience growth, engagement, and performance tracking. You understand how to use video not just as content, but as a tool for brand building, storytelling, lead generation, and audience development.
Campaign Execution Across Audiences
You will build and manage integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, leads, and enrollment growth. This role requires experience marketing to both B2C and B2B audiences, with the ability to adapt messaging, content, and channel strategy based on the target audience and business objective. You understand how to align message, audience, channel, and timing — and you know how to measure what is working.
High-Visibility Projects
You will lead critical marketing projects from start to finish, coordinating across teams and keeping work moving. You can manage competing priorities, push through ambiguity, and hold stakeholders accountable without losing momentum.
Digital Growth and Audience Development
You will help drive the digital side of the business, with a strong focus on website performance, email marketing, organic social media, video distribution, YouTube channel growth, and audience engagement. You are comfortable identifying gaps in the customer journey, improving how the brand shows up online, and developing programs that grow reach, engagement, and conversion over time.
What You’ll Do
- Partner directly with the CMO to execute marketing priorities tied to growth, brand visibility, and customer acquisition
- Lead content strategy and execution across digital, campaign, video, and brand channels
- Develop high-quality messaging and marketing assets that support both brand and performance goals
- Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across B2C and B2B initiatives
- Lead video content projects from concept development through production and distribution
- Manage or help oversee YouTube strategy, publishing, content calendars, audience growth, and channel performance
- Own cross-functional project management for major marketing initiatives
- Drive timelines, workflows, approvals, and stakeholder communication with precision
- Improve the speed, quality, and consistency of marketing execution
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver strong creative and campaign output
- Analyze campaign, content, video, and channel performance, extract insights, and make recommendations that improve results
- Support website, landing page, email, and broader digital marketing efforts with a focus on conversion, engagement, and audience growth
- Help build a more data-driven, scalable, and effective marketing organization
