Essential Job Requirements
  • Provide friendly and professional communication with customers, vendors, and team members via phone, email, and in person.
  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with answering and directing incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Support office staff and management with daily operational tasks and special projects as needed.
  • Accurately input and update information in company software systems.
  • Maintain organization of office documents and digital files.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support overall office operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods as needed.

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A ENTRY LEVEL OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

This full-time administrative position typically works during business hours at our office either 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm with a 1 hour lunch and two paid 15 minute breaks.
