Food Attendant DEN at LSG Sky Chefs – Denver, Colorado

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Detail oriented.

• Ability to lift 40 lbs.

• Ability to push & pull wheeled airline equipment

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean, scrub, and rinse dishes, utensils, pans, and equipment before loading them into the dish machine.

• Operate the dish machine safely and efficiently, following all SOPs.

• Perform required temperature checks before starting the dish machine to ensure proper sanitation levels.

• Visually inspect all items after washing to confirm they are clean before placing them on drying racks or returning them to service areas.

• Wash Halal equipment separately and strictly follow all Halalhandling SOPs to prevent crosscontamination.

• Maintain cleanliness of the dish room, sinks, workstations, and surrounding areas.

• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly and replace liners as needed.

• Follow all cleaning procedures to support food safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS; EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Excellent attendance.

• Must have ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure.

• Must be a team spirited individual.

• Must be flexible on days off and start time.
