The primary purpose of this position is overall responsibility for all areas of the production departments and to serve as back up for all duties in the absence of the Installation Managers for all branch offices in your assigned district. See attached position description for Installation Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. Supervises the daily activities of all Branch Installation Managers within their region,
  2. Holds monthly meetings with Branch Installation Managers in their region, Completes Regional Daily Log and sent to Director of Production no later than 10 a.m. daily, Serves as back up to the Branch Installation Managers in their absence,
    1. Must be on site to manage any location where Branch Installation Manager is on Vacation
    Maintains branch service ratings: 13% overall Visits each office assigned to them in rotation
    1. At least twice per week
    2. Arrival time must be by 6:30 a.m.
    3. Departure time to or from locations must be no earlier than 2:00 p.m.
    Conducts a minimum of 10 inspections per month of completed installations to ensure jobs are being installed according to company standards, Evaluates all installation and customer service issues, make appropriate recommendations for resolution, ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner and report finding by the end of the business day to the Director. Monitors company materials and supplies to ensure they are being used appropriately and efficiently, Monitors warehouse activities for assigned regional offices to ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, including the general maintenance of the warehouse in addition to maintaining the proper levels of stock materials, Ensures all company vehicles are serviced regularly, maintained in good working condition, and kept neat, clean and secure at all times,

ESSENTIAL FUNTIONS CONTINUED:
    Responsible for all installation/service functions of the assigned territory, Overall Branch Inventory accuracy must be at 98% or higher, Communicates, exercises and enforces compliance to company policies and procedures, Communicates, exercises and enforces compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations including company safety policies and OSHA regulations, Ensures compliance with all Safety Policies and Procedures and investigates all motor vehicle accidents and on the job related injuries to determine cause, preventability and methods to prevent recurrence. Maintains a vehicle score of less than 3.0 errors per 100 miles Maintains NPS card return rate above 70 percent Reports daily events to director via phone call by 5 p.m. every day. Performs other job-related duties as assigned to meet business needs.
ABILITIES AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Must be proficient in reading & writing using the English language
  • Must have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Must have the ability to work independently
  • Must have competency with computers & other electronic office/business equipment
  • Must have a sense of urgency; and react quickly and decisively to the needs of the business
EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must possess a valid State driver’s license and have an excellent safety record.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:
Must have valid Driver’s License. Must have Lead Renovator Certification or acquire one at the next lead certification class.
