- Develop documentation, runbooks, and training materials to support adoption and long-term ownership
- Identify, evaluate, and implement AI and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Build workflows and automation across business functions including recruiting, HR, finance, contracts, and IT
- Support enterprise AI initiatives by translating use cases into working solutions
- Stay current on emerging tools, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem, and recommend adoption opportunities
- Support Copilot enablement and broader AI adoption efforts across the organization
- Evaluate third-party tools and integrations to enhance the existing technology stack
- Conduct proof-of-concept builds and technical feasibility assessments
- Provide input on vendor selection and build vs. buy decisions
- Partner closely with Technology leadership to execute on strategic priorities
- Collaborate with IT Operations to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and supportable
- Engage business stakeholders throughout delivery to ensure alignment and adoption
- Participate in governance processes, including change control and release management
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-8 years of experience in solution engineering, systems integration, or technical consulting
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including Power Platform, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience building integrations using APIs, webhooks, or middleware tools
- Exposure to AI tools and technologies, including practical application (enterprise or self-driven)

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ability to operate independently and drive work from concept through execution
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal direction
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong documentation discipline and focus on building sustainable, transferable solutions
