Compensation:

$100,000 - $150,000 annually


Responsibilities:
  • Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome.
  • Represent clients in court to argue and litigate legal proceedings.
  • Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies.
  • Represent clients in a wide range of civil litigation cases with diligence and integrity.
  • Develop and implement strategic defense tactics tailored to each case.
  • Engage in rigorous legal research and provide insightful legal consultations.
  • Collaborate with our team to foster a supportive and innovative legal environment.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and active membership in the Oklahoma State Bar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cannabis, demonstrating a track record of successful case outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in legal research.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively advocate for clients and collaborate with our team.
  • A desire to help clients and ensure a fair judicial system.
