- Build and scale 1:many technical enablement programs, such as webinars, office hours, and adoption campaigns.
- Implement durable systems and processes that reduce manual effort and improve consistency across the scaled segment.
- Serve as a technical escalation resource and provide guidance to customers when needed.

- Strong systems thinking, process design, and automation mindset combined with strategic and execution capabilities.
- Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous environments and building programs from the ground up.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to deliver technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Technical foundation with experience in modern data architectures, analytics stacks, and automation/AI tooling.
- Experience managing distributed teams or cross-functional projects is a plus.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary range: $191,000 – $232,000 USD (select locations: $213,000 – $258,000 USD).
- Performance-based pay and potential equity participation.

- Comprehensive healthcare coverage and generous paid parental leave.
- 401k plan with guaranteed company contribution.
- Health and wellness stipends, plus flexible stipends for home office setup, learning, and development.
