You will own the technical execution of Workday and ERP ecosystems, integrating advanced AI workflows to improve system performance, automation, and data quality. The position involves building resilient, intelligent system integrations that streamline operations across global HCM, ERP, and CRM platforms. You will collaborate cross-functionally, driving enterprise-scale projects from requirements to deployment while leveraging AI for accelerated development and documentation. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, creativity in automation, and hands-on experience with enterprise software to deliver scalable solutions. • Serve as the technical lead for Workday and ERP ecosystems, ensuring system integrity, data quality, and alignment with business requirements.
• Implement AI-augmented workflows using Claude, Gemini, and Cursor to drive integration efficiency and process automation.
• Lead enterprise-scale system implementations and global migrations, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, UAT script generation, and post-go-live support.
• Design and maintain robust ETL processes, API integrations, and custom code solutions to automate complex business logic.
• Produce high-fidelity technical documentation, including functional specifications, ERDs, sequence diagrams, and data flow diagrams using AI tools.
• Identify architectural weaknesses, propose improvements, and ensure long-term platform stability.
• Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy intelligent systems and maintain scalable, AI-driven enterprise operations.

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, integration development, or ERP/HCM implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with Workday HCM, ERP systems, and integration frameworks (EIBs, Workday Studio, or Extend).
• Proficiency in SQL for data profiling, validation, and performance tuning across complex relational schemas.
• Expert in at least one high-level programming language (Python, JavaScript, C#, or Ruby).
• Experience with REST/SOAP API design, JSON/XML parsing, and iPaaS platforms for enterprise integrations.
• Demonstrated success in using AI tools to improve delivery workflows, documentation, and system automation.
• Proven ability to execute at least two enterprise-scale HCM or ERP implementations or global system migrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
