Accountabilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive portfolio success.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities.

- Develop go-to-market strategies and value propositions.

- 10+ years of related experience, including 7+ years in management roles.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to develop teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HCM platforms.
- Deep industry expertise in product management and market analysis.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in healthcare technology or medical industries is a plus.
