This position may be performed remotely within the United States; however, candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the U.S. The position is based on a standard Monday–Friday schedule, and employees must be available to work during typical U.S. business hours.
The Position
The Project Manager, Digital Learning Implementation, will report to the Every Learner Everywhere (Every Learner) Director and serve as a core member of the BEACON project team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the Courseware Lighthouse Test Track: BEACON Implementation Program, ensuring high-quality execution across multiple institutional partners, Every Learner team members, and collaborating organizations. The Project Manager will oversee project timelines, deliverables, and communication; coordinate activities among Every Learner, Gardner Institute, TPSE Math, WestEd, and institutional teams; and support documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will bring experience in digital learning and, ideally, courseware-supported instruction, along with strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders in higher education. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

This position is grant-funded through at least April 2028, with prospects for continuation beyond this time period. This position may work flexibly from any location. The position reports to the Director.
Travel
This position is remote. Significant travel is required for the BEACON project, including approximately 6 trips in Fall 2026 and up to 12 trips per semester starting in Spring 2027 for institutional site visits, plus 1–2 trips per year for the WCET Staff Retreat and WCET Annual Meeting.
