About This Position

America’s #1 Arch Support Company is entering an exciting new chapter under new ownership. As we move forward, we look forward to reinventing this market and reintroducing ourselves and this exciting evolution for our customers and future customers.

The Good Feet Store is seeking a driven, highly sales-focused, and results-oriented Store Manager who thrives in a performance-based environment. This is a commission-driven leadership role where your success is directly tied to your ability to sell, lead from the front, and drive measurable results.

This is not a traditional management role. The Store Manager is expected to be actively engaged on the sales floor much of the time, working directly with customers, performing fittings, closing sales, and coaching the team in real time. Selling is the core function of this position.

We are looking for a leader who is competitive, motivated by earnings, and energized by winning. You will be responsible for driving store performance, developing Arch Support Specialists into top sellers, and creating a high-performance, sales-driven culture.

If you are someone who wants to take ownership of your income, lead from the front, and make a direct impact on both customer outcomes and business performance, this is the opportunity for you.

Overview

The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, developing talent, and ensuring operational excellence within their store. This role leads Arch Support Specialists to achieve revenue goals, exceed Net Sales per New Up (NSNU) standards, and deliver exceptional customer experience.

A critical component of this role is maintaining a constant presence on the sales floor. The Store Manager is expected to spend much of their time actively selling, engaging with customers, and coaching team members in real time.

Success in this role is measured by your ability to personally generate revenue, maximize team performance, and consistently exceed sales targets.

What You’ll Do

Sales Leadership and Business Performance

Drive store revenue by consistently meeting or exceeding key performance metrics, including Net Sales per New Up (NSNU), conversion, and demonstration rates. Lead from the front by actively engaging with customers, performing fittings, and closing sales.

This is a commission-based environment, and the Store Manager is expected to be a top producer within the store. You will set the tone for performance by leading in sales results and holding your team accountable to the same standard.

Coach Arch Support Specialists in real time on the sales floor to improve technique, confidence, and closing ability. Analyze performance data and immediately implement strategies to improve results.

Create a competitive, high-energy sales culture where performance drives recognition and earnings.

In-Store Leadership, Training, and Development

Maintain a strong, visible presence on the sales floor throughout the day. Train and develop team members through hands-on coaching during live customer interactions.

Provide direct, immediate feedback to improve selling behaviors and results. Demonstrate best-in-class selling techniques and set the standard for customer engagement and closing.

Build a team of confident, accountable, and high-performing Arch Support Specialists who are focused on results and continuous improvement.

Customer Experience

Champion a consultative, customer-first sales approach by actively engaging with every customer. Ensure each customer receives a personalized fitting and solution-based experience.

Step in to support or close sales when needed and ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to improving quality of life.

Resolve escalated concerns quickly while maintaining a strong focus on conversion and customer satisfaction.

Operational Excellence and Store Management

Oversee daily store operations while maintaining a primary focus on sales performance. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.

Manage inventory, merchandising, and operational processes efficiently without losing focus on the sales floor. Execute promotions and initiatives that drive traffic and revenue.

Labor and Workforce Management

Manage scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during peak selling hours. Staff the store to maximize revenue opportunities and productivity.

Hold team members accountable to performance expectations, attendance, and timekeeping standards. Align labor with business demand to support sales goals.

Take full ownership of store-level financial performance, including revenue, payroll, and controllable expenses.
