About This Position
Product & Regulatory Lawyer in the Legal team. As part of Hostinger's Legal team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that Hostinger’s products and features comply with relevant laws and industry standards by proactively assessing legal risks, reviewing new developments, providing strategic guidance, drafting and reviewing contracts, and developing internal policies to support business objectives. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with product, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to develop legally compliant and business-friendly solutions, ensuring regulatory adherence while supporting innovation and growth.

Ensure Hostinger’s products comply with relevant laws and industry standards (e.g., DSA, DMCA, Misleading and Comparative Advertising Directive, cybersecurity best practices) by working closely with fast-paced product and other teams to assess legal risks, review new features, and develop compliant solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders (Hostinger’s product, marketing, and other teams) by analyzing and responding to their requests in a manner that is both legally compliant and business-oriented.

Be proactive and updated on legal and regulatory developments in relevant industries, taking necessary actions as required.

Develop and update internal procedures and documents to ensure legal compliance with applicable laws and regulations, especially in the hosting and domain industries.

Draft, review, evaluate, negotiate, and provide support for various ongoing commercial contracts (software, technologies, marketing, and other vendor agreements).

Create and maintain standard agreements and set up processes that make everyday tasks easier, reducing the need for constant legal support.

Undertake special projects, legal team initiatives, organizational tasks, and efforts in legal prevention and compliance.

Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) and a minimum of 4 years of hands-on legal experience gained after graduation, as an in-house counsel or in a law firm, preferably in the tech sector.

Strong curiosity and ability to thoroughly investigate unfamiliar issues for informed decision-making.

Proficiency in providing legal guidance to business stakeholders across diverse legal matters, navigating ambiguity, and prioritizing tasks while collaborating with multiple teams.

Excellent organizational problem-solving, analytical, communication and team player skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in Lithuanian and English.

Experience working with regulatory or IP law-related matters would be an advantage.

Gross salary is €3,700 - €4,700 a month and is discussed individually depending on experience, competence, and growth trajectory.
