We're actively recruiting for FT Groundskeepers in Richmond, VA (23221).

Schedule: M-F 7:00am-3:30pm

Opportunity to earn OT on weekends.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain lawn, trees, shrubs and flowers
• Assist with outdoor maintenance
• Collect and clean-up trash and debris around
• Trim hedges and shrubs
• Perform routine maintainance and upkeep
• Operate company vehicle to transport materials
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Willingness to work outdoors for 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to follow instructions
• Familiar with the use of hand and landscaping tools/equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Groundskeeper, Maintenance Worker, or similar role
