CT Lead Tech at Houston Healthcare – Warner Robins, Georgia

Provides supervision and oversight to the operation of services CT imagining at HMC CT. This position will have input on employee evaluations, subject matter expert offering training/preceptor to the position it is lead over, and oversees duties related to the position. Responsibilities include: coordinating the patient workflow, assigning staff to different work areas, and maintaining consistent patient care in CT support unit at HMC. Other responsibilities will be to discuss orders for biopsy's, nerve blocks, tube placements with the radiologist for approval and coordinate with the nurses in the Endovascular Recovery Unit. Provides quality patient care in a manner consistent with a safe and professional environment with primarily high-risk and critically ill patients of all ages. Functions in a highly specialized and unique area and must be available for on-call rotation covering weekends, holidays, and various weekdays.

Graduate of an accredited School of Radiology. Two (2) years as a Registered Radiology Technologist or minimal experience as a C.T. Technologist. Current ARRT or NMTCB registration. Current AHA, BLS certification. Must be able to utilize all CT equipment and its supplies for producing quality images. Able to use office supplies and equipment.
