• Design & Deliver Joy: Plan, promote, and lead diverse programs that cater to the physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual well-being of our residents. Think themed parties, engaging games, stimulating crafts, and wellness sessions.
• Build Community: Be the heart of the community by actively encouraging resident participation, fostering friendships, and celebrating individual interests and life stories.
• Coordinate Excitement: Manage special events, coordinate entertainers (musicians, speakers), schedule stimulating local outings, and welcome valuable volunteer visitors.
• Be a Spark: Create a warm, welcoming, and vibrant atmosphere that makes our assisted living community feel like home.

We are seeking a highly organized, compassionate coordinator with a customer service focus, driven by a warm heart and creativity.

• Personality: A friendly, energetic, and empathetic demeanor with outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity: A natural ability to plan fun, engaging, and meaningful activities that residents will genuinely love and look forward to.
• Drive & Initiative: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying resident needs, suggesting new program ideas, and ensuring successful implementation.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and coordination abilities to handle daily scheduling and multiple simultaneous events.
• Experience: Prior experience in a senior living, recreation, hospitality, or therapeutic recreation setting is preferred, but a passion for serving seniors is what truly matters.
