Meat Clerk:

Assist other members of the department with maintaining clean and well-stocked display cases. Duties include unloading deliveries, portioning and packaging meat, placing products on display, checking product quality, maintaining proper rotation, and answering to customer inquiries. Clean and ensure meat preparation room is properly sanitized according to all policies and procedures.
