Key Responsibilities
Landscape Construction (March–December):
Assist with commercial landscape installation, grading, planting, hardscaping, and construction tasks
Perform mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, mulching, and seasonal clean-ups
Follow directions from Crew Leaders and Project Managers to meet daily goals
Operate hand tools, power tools, and commercial mowers safely and efficiently
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Support pruning, plant care, and mulch applications
Report landscape or safety issues to the Crew Leader or Project Manager
Winter Snow Management (December–April):
Perform snow removal duties, including plowing, shoveling, and ice management
Operate snow removal equipment such as plow trucks and salt spreaders (when qualified)
Be available for flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends based on weather conditions

Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in landscaping or construction preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Willingness to learn and grow professionally
Experience operating commercial mowers, trimmers, and small tools preferred
Pruning and bark blower experience a plus
