Litigation Attorney (Warranty) - Hybrid at Top Tier Reps LLC – Los Angeles, California

Our client, a respected Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking a mid- to senior-level Litigation Attorney with a minimum of five years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California. This role focuses exclusively on defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related litigation.

Location is flexible within California, but all applicants must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.

Salary Range: $170,000 – $200,000 a year

• 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably with complex commercial or product liability matters

• Proven experience in:

  • Trial and arbitration preparation

  • Motion practice, depositions, and mediations

• Strong legal research, advocacy, writing, and negotiation skills

• Excellent academic credentials

• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Prior warranty litigation experience is a plus, but not required—training will be provided
