Flexible Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Hospice Care (Atlanta Metro, Georgia)

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team in Georgia. This role offers you the freedom to create your own schedule as you provide care and support to patients and families during some of their most challenging times.

What You’ll Do:
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, mobility, and meals.
Provide light housekeeping and assist with essential errands when no additional resources are available.
Support patients emotionally by listening, offering encouragement, and being a steady presence.
Clinically monitor, obtain vitals, and report changes in patients’ conditions to the supervising RN.
Adhere to infection control protocols and attend regular in-service training (at least 12 hours annually).
Attend biweekly group (IDG, Interdisciplinary Group) meetings to review, assess and report on current care plans, developing plans of care with all members of the patient's care team.
Qualifications:
Required: Active CNA certification and completion of an approved training program.
Required: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
Preferred: 2 years of experience in patient care or healthcare.
